Once a prospect is entered into the “Buy Again After” program, they will also have the ability to check their credit online and monitor their progress through “Glass Igloo”.  This program not only allows the borrower to check their credit, but to also set up home searches through an MLS IDX feed.  This helps to ensure the borrower stays actively motivated to purchase.


 

Lead 660 Program

The 660 Lead Program is a way to keep in touch with pre-qualified leads that have a FICO score of 660 or higher. The program consists of nine touches (five postcards and four e-mails) over a 120 day period.  The lead will continue to receive correspondence until it becomes an application or is otherwise renewed in the Lead 660 Program.

LO Review allows all parties in the loan transaction the ability to review their loan officer.  Individuals who respond to the LO Review, consider themselves involved in the process and working toward a positive outcome as a result of their online feedback.  It also helps to elevate Academy’s presence in any given web search and increases the number of leads that come into our Lead Capture Center.  These qualified leads can then be distributed to our valued referral partners.

Similar to the LO Review which is a branch function, every borrower, Company-wide, is asked to complete a post-closing review of their Academy Mortgage experience.  Once completed the borrower is automatically entered for a chance to win a trip to Disney World in Orlando, Florida.   Academy Mortgage appreciates learning about the customer experience to better evaluate the loan process for possible improvement.
